Product Description

The Alithicon 767 Aerosol Lubricant is an excellent lubricant designed for use to lubricate roller chains, cables, open-gears, working mechanisms, and bearings. It is a tacky lubricant, which is easy to apply, resists water wash-off, and withstands temperatures of up to 540°F without melting or dripping.

The Alithicon 767 Aerosol Lubricant is our 2212 bearing lubricant, which has been thinned with heptane and pressurized in an aerosol can for easy application.

When the Alithicon 767 Lubricant is applied to roller chains, the extremely thin lubricant will penetrate instantly into the pins and bushings, then in approximately 180 seconds, the solvents will evaporate, leaving each chain link lubricated from the inside out.

The Alithicon 767 Lubricant will eliminate chain link freezing and chain sprocket jumping. Roller chains and chain sprocket life are extended of up to 500% when properly using the 767.

The Alithicon 767 Aerosol Lubricant penetrates inside cables, then dries to an nlgi-2 grease, lubricating each strand, and cable life is greatly extended.

When the Alithicon 767 Aerosol Lubricant is used to lubricate open gears and hard-to-reach working mechanisms, it reacts in the same manner. It coats the surfaces, then dries to a light-weight grease, offering a protective cushion, thus greatly reducing wear.
